Job description:
– Overseeing general office operation
– Booking transport and accommodation
– Arranging, disassembling and organizing cleaning activities d
– Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
– Preparing letters and reports
– Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
– Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
– Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
– Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
– Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
– Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
– Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
– Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
– Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
– Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
– Update calendars and schedule meetings
– Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
– Managing company drivers – scheduling, monitoring task completion
Requirements:
– University degree;
– Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, Russian, both written and oral;
– Excellent Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Internet, etc.);
– Excellent communication and presentation skills;
– Dynamic, outgoing and result oriented person;
– Be enterprising and target-oriented;
– Ability to work under pressure;
– Excellent organisation and time management skills;
– Analytical thinker with creative problem-solving skills and strong attention to details; ** Strong verbal and written communication skills;
– Flexible and co-operative;
– Hard working, task-oriented, energetic, disciplined person;
– Good team player.
Mode of operation:
– Work schedule: 5-day work week
– Working hours: from 09:00 to 18:00
Salary:
– Based on the interview, it will be determined according to the knowledge and skills of the candidate
– Official registration according to AR Legislation
